You Need Momentum to Achieve Your Goals
Monday Sep 14, 2020
Monday Sep 14, 2020
In order to do great things, you need to build momentum. The trick is to realize that in order to build it, you need to stay consistent. You can’t snap your fingers and make momentum happen. Patience and showing up daily is what will build it and launch you forward.
But first, ask yourself if your goals are yours or if you're trying to live up to someone else's expectations. It's hard to build momentum and stay consistent when your goal isn't true to your heart.

Monday Sep 07, 2020
Communication is the key to pretty much everything. You need good communication to have a healthy relationship, to help your kids, to be successful in your career. But if you didn’t grow up learning to communicate well, you have to figure it out as an adult. And that’s hard. One of the key ways to communicate is to give feedback often.
In this episode, I’m going to share a tip I learned from dog training about the importance of giving feedback often.

Are You Still Fighting For Each Other?
Monday Aug 31, 2020
Monday Aug 31, 2020
Lately, I’ve found myself in a couple of groups of couples. I’ve been with friends, as well as, restaurants where I don’t know anyone. Being a people watcher, or in this case a couple watcher, I’ve noticed moments that are both tender and sweet and others that make my heart hurt. In both I wonder, are you still fighting for her? Or him?
In this episode, you'll take a step back and look at your relationship then set goals to strengthen it. If you have a relationship that's just lost a little spark, this episode will help you reconnect with your partner.
